Occupational License

If you have a suspended Texas Drivers License due to an Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing, a DWI arrest, a conviction, or for a multitude of other reasons, it may be possible for you to obtain an Occupational Drivers License. An occupational license will typically allow a person to drive up to 12 hours a day.

Requirements for an occupational license include:
  • SR-22 Insurance
  • Driving Record from DPS
  • Filing Fee
  • Petition and signed order from a Judge

If you are interested in obtaining an Occupational Drivers license call the Law Office of Cesar S. Rodriguez today.
